Al-Hilal and Lazio’s request for Vitor Roque to transfer his loan is denied

Journalist Fabrizio Romano claims that Vitor Roque rejected an offer from Al-Hilal after reaching an agreement with Barcelona for a transfer worth more than 40 million euros. ‘Sport’ reports that although Lazio and Porto are still eager to have the Brazilian on loan, the Brazilian wants to show Hansi Flick how good he is.

In the course of a season, Vitor Roque’s circumstances have changed from pleasant to irritating. Barcelona stated a long time ago that it had reached an early contract with Athletico Paranaense to guarantee his services.

The deal was advanced to January of the current year to accommodate Xavi Hernandez’s offensive flair; however, the coach only started him in two of the team’s sixteen games. Hansi Flick, the Brazilian’s primary target after rejecting an offer from Al-Hilal, was forewarned by his representative of possible escape routes should circumstances not improve.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano claims that the Saudis are keeping an eye on a number of players under the age of 21 for a team that would include stars like Neymar.

The board of Joan Laporta had decided to sell Vitor Roque in order to recover their investment in him. His sale might have eased Nico Williams’ potential entrance and brought Dani Olmo closer to the Catalan club.

Meanwhile, ‘Sport’ claims that Lazio are the team that is now most interested in signing the 19-year-old on a loan. Porto is also thinking about making a move for him.
