Atletico and Julian Alvarez are haggling over personal matters

The most recent information about Julian Alvarez’s signing is provided by Fabrizio Romano. Though it will cost Atletico a little more than what has been discussed over the last several hours, the agreement is complete. They will give the player a fixed salary of $75 million plus an additional $20 million in add-ons. The player is currently settling the specifics of his deal with the “Colchoneros.”

The transfer of Julian Alvarez to Atletico Madrid has received approval from Manchester City. Fabrizio Romano provides the ‘Colchoneros’ with the deal’s total cost, which is little more than what ‘Ole’ has been reporting as of late.

According to the Argentine media site, Diego Pablo Simeone’s squad will receive 80 million dollars in exchange for the Argentine striker. The journalist in question, though, asserts that he will perform the task for 75 million fixed plus an additional 20 million add-ons. That was Atletico’s last offer, one that might have persuaded the Sky Blues to accept the trade.

As such, an agreement exists between City and Atletico, but the Madrid team’s work is not yet done. They are currently negotiating the player’s personal terms.

Manchester City will grant Julian Alvarez permission to travel to Madrid for a medical examination as soon as Atletico and the player agree on the specific parameters of the deal.

The ‘Colchonero’ squad is holding out for Conor Gallagher, who is scheduled to go to Madrid on Tuesday in order to finalize the terms of his new deal. However, Samu Omorodion, for whom Chelsea is seeking 40 million euros, might want to move to London, which would surely be advantageous when Julian Alvarez arrives.
